Missouri HB 2150

In keeping with Top of the Chain's stated goal of pursuing gun rights for the state of Missouri, here is a link to Missouri House Bill 2150. Among the major points in this bill are state preemption of open carry and no taxation for the right to keep and bear arms. It also awards attorneys fees and such should a political subdivision decide to come after someone and lose.
One other major point is the legislature would declare the right to keep and bear arms a 'fundamental right', something that the courts find it hard to do.

The bill is sponsored by Chris Largent.
Please, if you are agreeable to this bill, show your support for it and ask your state representative to co-sponsor this bill.

Have I mentioned how much I like my former schoolmate Jason Smith lately? Already co-sponsor again. He does all the leg-work before I need to.

Looks like my representative (Mark Parkinson) is already a co-sponsor.
